I’ve read an interview of Kris Van Assche from his

latest collection for Dior Homme, He said he tried to push Dior Homme into something more sports- wear-ish. From my research about Kris’ 2 latest collec- tions at the house, he really interested in skateboard- ing so that became one of the inspiration and based on that I also bring skateboarding into the principle of my own collection for the house. More than that, Kris personally would integrate 2 different stories from different eras with the main inspiration like art, music for example. Also from that I found pieces of art from Takato Yamamoto, an artist with an interest- ing dark-Japanese style whose work became my main inspiration. This collection represents sportswear through materials and details with the classic silhou- ettes of the house like Slim Suit, etc.
